The Build Process
4. Framing & Flooring
Once the chassis is complete, construction of the float framework begins. Each frame is carefully assembled to create a strong, durable structure, forming the backbone of the float before being fitted with our Australian hardwood kiln-dried timber flooring for a secure and reliable foundation.
3. Chassis Build
The foundation of your float is built using quality components and materials. Our chassis is engineered to provide the strength, stability and durability required for years of reliable use.
2. Design
Your requirements are transformed into a considered, purpose-built design. From layout and storage to finishes and features, every detail is carefully planned before production begins.
1. Consultation
Every float begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your horses, your requirements, your lifestyle and how you intend to use your float, ensuring we can recommend the right layout and specifications for you.
7. Final Assembly
The finishing touches bring everything together. Internal fittings, doors, dividers, cabinetry and selected accessories are installed, followed by detailed quality checks to ensure your float is ready for the road.
6. Paint
Your float receives its premium finish, with careful preparation, masking and painting to achieve the distinctive Rowville appearance. Every detail is finished with an emphasis on quality and presentation.
5. Sheeting
The body of the float is formed and enclosed, with precision sheeting creating the clean lines and solid structure our trailers are known for. This is where your design really starts to take shape and come to life.
8. Handover
Before your new Rowville float heads home, we complete a personalised handover experience. Our team will guide you through the float, demonstrating its features, explaining how everything operates, and answering any questions you may have, ensuring you're ready to enjoy your new float with confidence.
